Privacy and security

• End-to-end encryption of all sensitive patient and clinical data. Patient names, notes, dates, transcripts, and documents are encrypted on your device before they ever reach Maestra’s servers.
• Zero-knowledge architecture. Maestra cannot read, search, or process your clinical content. The server only ever stores opaque encrypted payloads.
• Password-based encryption with a strong key-derivation function, plus a Recovery Key as an alternate way to unlock your data if you forget your password.

Patient management

• A complete clinical file for every patient: demographics, gender, birth date, and identifiers.
• Contacts: phone numbers, emails, and addresses per patient.
• Full appointment history for each patient, in one place.

Appointments and transcription

• Real-time voice transcription of your sessions, with the full transcript generated automatically. Audio is sent to a specialized transcription provider under a data processing agreement, processed transiently and never stored.
• Speaker recognition to attribute the transcript to the right voices.
• Telehealth: transcribe remote sessions (Zoom, Meet, Teams) straight from a second browser tab, captured locally, no extra hardware or installs. (Tab transcription requires Google Chrome.)

Clinical documentation

• Clinical notes generated automatically from your session and tailored to your specialty.
• Document templates: SOAP, progress, intake, and custom templates.

Visit assistant

• AI-assisted answers to clinical questions about a visit. Patient records stay encrypted at rest; assistant questions are processed by a specialized AI provider under a data processing agreement, transiently and never stored.
