Maestra v1.3

Release notes

Maestra · 15 July 2026

Patient import

From the Patients tab, import multiple patients at once from:

  • A file (CSV, Excel, JSON, PDF, and more).
  • A photo or image of a patient list, intake form, or spreadsheet.
  • Pasted text copied from a spreadsheet or message.
  • Dictation of patient details.

Parsed data is presented on a review screen for confirmation before any patient record is created.

Recurring appointments

  • Appointments can repeat weekly (every 1–12 weeks) or monthly (every 1–12 months), until an optional end date.
  • Configured once at scheduling time; the full series is created in one step.

Day schedule

  • Day view rebuilt to lay out overlapping appointments cleanly.

Appointment times

  • The schedule and appointment details can show the actual start and end times captured from the transcription, alongside the scheduled slot, so a visit that runs over or wraps up early is clear at a glance.
  • On the day view, a finished visit sits at its real time over a faint outline of the scheduled slot, with a badge for the difference in duration.
  • Actual times can be turned on or off in Settings, under Appointments Display Options.

Onboarding

  • New accounts go through a guided flow: confirm locale, set profession, set encryption password and recovery key.

Data protection

Zero-knowledge architecture: records are encrypted on-device; Maestra’s servers store only encrypted data and cannot read it. Audio and text processed during transcription and note generation are sent to specialized AI providers under data processing agreements, in line with Brazil’s LGPD, processed transiently and never stored. Full detail in the documentation.
