• Now draws on the patient’s full history, not only the current session’s notes.
• Answers are AI-assisted and grounded in existing records; the user selects what is shared.

• Transcript segment processing reworked: faster delivery, fewer fragments, less noise.

Data control

• One-tap deletion of any patient or appointment.
• Combined with export, gives full LGPD-aligned control over data, including the right to erasure.

Data protection

Zero-knowledge architecture: records are encrypted on-device; Maestra’s servers store only encrypted data and cannot read it. Audio and text processed during transcription and note generation are sent to specialized AI providers under data processing agreements, in line with Brazil’s LGPD, processed transiently and never stored.
